Viewing contact times for an account

Use command CW to run a report displaying the preferred contact times for an account.

You can also view the same information for accounts in a packet, but you need to enable Packet Mode before you run the report.

The preferred contact times are specific to an account only. These times may fall outside of the earliest and latest call time allowable for accounts assigned to a specific desk. If this is the case, The Collector System displays a warning prompt.

To view contact times for an account:
