Viewing contact times for an account
Use command CW to run a report displaying the preferred contact times for an account.
You can also view the same information for accounts in a packet, but you need to enable Packet Mode before you run the report.

The preferred contact times are specific to an account only. These times may fall outside of the earliest and latest call time allowable for accounts assigned to a specific desk. If this is the case, The Collector System displays a warning prompt.
To view contact times for an account:
- Open an account in the Collector screen.
- At the CMD prompt, type PC, and press Enter.

Run the report for:
A single account
In the Personal Contacts screen, at the CMD prompt, type CW, and press Enter.
A packet
- In the Personal Contacts screen, at the CMD prompt, type PKT, and press Enter.
- In the Personal Contacts screen, at the CMD prompt, type CW, and press Enter.

Do one of the following:
View the details of a specific contact specification window
- Type the line number of the data you want more details on, and press Enter.
- To return to the results of the Contact Windows report, press Enter.
Print, email, or send the report to a hold file
- Type P, and press Enter.
- Do one of the following:
- To view the report on the screen, click View.
- To email the report, click Email.
- To print the report or send it to a hold file, click Print.
- In the Select Printer to Use window, select the printer, and press Enter or click Ok.
- To exit without printing or viewing, click Cancel.
