Dollar category codes

Within the system there are many dollar amounts, such as the balance, that are not stored in any file. Individual dollar amounts are stored on the system but combined amounts are not. Account Flow Manager is able to access these combined amounts by using dollar categories. All possible dollar amount combinations, including packet amounts, exist as categories that you can test.
