Requesting multiple letters/notices
Use command 5X to request multiple letters/notices, documents, or letter sets without returning to the Command prompt after every letter request.
You can request multiple documents, one after another, and exit the command when you are finished requesting letters/notices. Requesting letters/notices with command 5X adds the letters/notices to a print batch, and you can print them by selecting Generate Letters/Notices from the Correspondence menu. For instructions on generating letters/notices, see Generate letters/notices.
If your agency uses CU·Documents and you perform batch printing of letters/notices, The Collector System will either batch and print letters/notices by letter ID or by customer. For more information, see Configuring or changing the CU·Documents directory paths and print order.
