Menu 10.6.68 - Account Update Path

The Collector System gives you the flexibility to configure access to the fields of the Account Update and Financial Profile screens to meet your specific agency needs. By using the Account Update Path routine, you can configure which fields of the Account Update screen a user can access when adding a new account. Additionally, you can use this routine to determine which fields of the Financial screens your agency requires a user to edit when adding a new account.

Changes made from this menu to the Account Update or Financial Profile screens apply to only new accounts that are manually entered through Menu 1.1 - Account Update. These changes do not apply to new accounts added using Data Flow Manager (DFM).

The Account Update and Financial screen access parameters can be made as a default for your agency or on a client-by-client basis. The agency default applies to any clients for whom you do not specifically determine fields.
