Billing balance forward clients and CU·Invoice

In some cases, clients may request at the end of a billing period that you send them all the funds that your agency collected on their behalf. Along with these funds, your agency sends the client a statement that lists all the commissions, fees, taxes and other costs due to your agency. The client then sends your agency a payment for the amount listed on the statement. This type of invoicing is called gross remit.

There are two ways to bill clients in The Collector System, Balance Forward statements and CU·Invoices. Balance Forward is the standard billing system while CU·Invoice is an add-on feature.
