Searching for accounts with specific data

Use command DM to search for accounts that include information in the following fields:

• Account name
• Name2
• SSN
• DRL
• Phone
• Client Reference Number
• Address

The Collector System searches for all accounts that include the information in any of the fields above and displays them. The display shows which data matched each account.

To search for accounts using specific information:

1. Open an account in the Collector screen.
2. At the CMD prompt, type DM, and press Enter.
3. At the prompt, do one of the following, and press Enter:
   • To go to a specific field in the Debtor file, type D and the field number.
   • To view an account in a specific line number, type the line number.
   • To view an account by account number, type it.
4. At the Inquiry Save Mode prompt, proceed to Step 5 of Creating saved lists.
