Using client # prompt options
The Client # prompt in the Client Update screen allows you to perform many different routines.
The following lists the commands available at the Enter Client # prompt:

| =a | Search for client records using the client's company name. For more information, see Searching for client records by name. | 
| == | View the most recent client searches. For more information, see Redisplaying the most recent query results. | 
| @ | Refresh the screen. | 
| / | Exit the screen or return to a previous screen or window. | 
| AGENCY | View the total number of accounts and amounts assigned, collected, canceled, and open for all the clients. For more information, see Displaying client statistics for your agency. | 
| BUSCL | View the total number of accounts and amounts assigned, collected, canceled, and open for each specified business class For more information, see Viewing client statistics for each business class. | 
| SMAN | View the total number of accounts and amounts assigned, collected, canceled, and open for each specified salesperson. For more information, see Viewing client statistics for each salesperson. | 
| COMB | View the accumulated totals of clients whose inventories have been combined. | 
| . | Display the next client. | 
| .X | Clear the current list of clients. | 
| .. | Create a customized list. | 
| - | Display the previous client. | 
| MSG | Send or receive electronic messages. For more information, see Using messaging. | 
| SH | Start the client/server shell. This routine starts a new NT program shell that runs in a separate window. You can run any program in this window. This setting only applies if you are connected using client/server connection, not telnet. |
