Regenerate letters/notices by batch
Using this option, you can regenerate letters/notices by batch. You can regenerate a batch as long as the letters/notices are still retained and the batch is set to print to file. For more information, see the following:

If your agency uses CU·Documents and you perform batch printing of letters/notices, The Collector System batches and prints letters/notices by letter ID or by customer. For more information, see Menu 10.7.85 - CU·Documents Setup.
- From the Master menu, navigate to Correspondence > Letters/Notices (menu 2.2).
- In the Letters/Notices window, select Re-Generate Letters/Notices, and press Enter or click Ok.
- In the Re-Generate Letters/Notices window, select By Batch, and press Enter or click Ok.
- In the Letter Batch Reporting Options window, select a batch, and press Enter or click Ok.

In the Time to Print Letters window, do one of the following, and press Enter or click Ok.
- To print the letters/notices immediately, type NOW.
- To print the letters/notices at a later time, type the time in 24-hour or regular format.
For example, to print a letter/notice at 4:00 pm, type "16:00" or "4:00 pm". The Collector System recognizes both formats.

Do any of the following:
Print one form
- At the Print all forms in unattended mode? prompt, click Yes.
- At the Send all forms to hold files? prompt, do one of the following:
- To send the letters/notices to hold files for later printing, click Yes.
- To not send the letters/notices to hold files, click No.
- In the Enter Date to Print on Letters window, type the date (in MM-DD-YY format) to print on the letters/notices, and press Enter or click Ok.
- At the OK to continue? prompt, press Enter or click Ok.
If you entered a time in the Time to Print Letters window, the message Now sleeping until "print time" displays. At the specified time, the letters/notices print. If you typed NOW, the letters/notices print immediately.
Print multiple forms
- At the Print all forms in unattended mode? prompt, click No.
- At the Send all forms to hold files? prompt, do one of the following:
- To send the letters/notices to hold files for later printing, click Yes.
- To not send the letters/notices to hold files, click No.
- In the Enter Date to Print on Letters window, type the date (in MM-DD-YY format) to print on the letters/notices, and press Enter or click Ok.

At the OK to continue? prompt, press Enter or click Ok.
If you entered a time in the Time to Print Letters window, the message Now sleeping until time displays. At the specified time, the letters/notices print. If you typed NOW, the letters/notices print immediately.
- In the Select Printer to Use window, select the printer or hold file to send the letters/notices to, and press Enter or click Ok.
- At the Ok to print? prompt, click Yes.
Exit the prompt
At the Print all forms in unattended mode? prompt, click Cancel.
- If an error occurs when regenerating letters/notices, The Collector System creates an error log. At the Select your output destination prompt, do one of the following:
- To view the error log on the screen, click View.
- To send the error log to an email recipient, click Email.
- To send the letters/notices to a printer, click Print.
- In the Select Printer to Use window, select the printer to send the error log to, and press Enter or click Ok.
- At the OK to print? prompt, press Enter or click OK.
- To exit the error log, click Cancel.
