Menu 10.5 - Codes
A code is a short-cut way for users to document processes, define sources of information, document statuses, and trigger or control other processes. For example, to help communicate what is happening with an account, your agency creates a code users can assign to the account to describe its status in the collection process.
In the Codes menu, your agency can define and manage many different kinds of codes, such as action codes, city codes, and contact codes.
