Steps for creating letters/notices using CU·Documents
Complete the following steps in the order listed to create letters/notices using CU·Documents.
- Create the letter/notice definition.
- Define Codes.
- Create a letter type code to restrict letters/notices from being sent.
- Assign the letter type code to letters/notices in the letter/notice definition and enter codes in the Client Control Record to restrict sending certain types of letters/notices.
- Configure dollar amount codes.
- Configure print formats for @W codes.
- Add content and create letter groups.
- Generate samples.
