Using client name field options

The Client Name (Cli Name) field in the Client Update screen allows you to perform many different routines.

The following lists the commands available in the Client Name field:

/COPY

Copy an existing client to create a new client. For more information, see Copying client records to add new clients.

/DEL

Delete a client record. For more information, see Deleting clients.

/ACH

Configure ACH payments for the client. For more information, see Configuring ACH processing for a client.

/BC

Configure bank card payments for the client. For more information, see Configuring bank card processing for a client.

/CAW

Configure Client Access Web for the client. Configuring Client Access Web for a client.

/EFT

Configure EDS*Pay for the client.

/EM

Enable or disable email options for a client.

Your agency must use the RevSpring eNotice product to use the email functionality in The Collector System. For more information, see Enabling or disabling eNotice for accounts in the RevSpring eNotice User's Guide.

/FEE

Configure the Fee model for a client. See Menu 15.3.6.3.2 - Fee Model.

/MG

Configure scanned image handling.

/MSG

Send or receive electronic messages. For more information, see Using messaging.

/NEW

Combine new month into monthly statistics.

/OLD

Subtract new month totals from monthly statistics.

/PC

Print client information. For more information, see Printing client information.

/PS

Payment service vendor setup. For more information, see Payment service.

/R

Run client History or Acknowledgment reports. For more information, see Printing client reports.

/SN

View sales notes. For more information, see Displaying sales notes.

/Xn

Invoke a custom command.
